How to Purchase Tickets

The Capitol Center offers online ticketing, allowing you to select your own seats from an online seat map. As a CCA customer you will have your own password-protected online user account from which you will be able to purchase tickets, sign up for membership, and purchase gift certificates. (A $4-per-ticket convenience fee will be added to your order, and you will be given various options for delivery.)

And if you sign up as a CCA member (for a minimum donation of $50 per year), you will be given online access to exclusive Premier Member Seating to all shows.

From the homepage or from any show page:
  1. If you are not a CCA member, click on the Buy Tickets button. If you are a CCA member, click on the Members Buy Tickets button.
  2. On the next screen, choose either "Best Available" on the left side of the screen, or "Pick Your Own Seats" on the right side of the screen.
    Best Available:
    1. Enter in the number of tickets you want to purchase and select a price section. Click on "Get Best Available."
    2. Enter the verification code from the left into the box provided and click "Continue."
    3. Click "Accept Seats" or "Try Again" to find another set of tickets.
    Pick Your Own Seats:
    1. After selecting a section from the map, click your desired seats and select a price type.
    2. Click "Continue" on the top right hand area of the screen.
    3. Enter the verification code from the left into the box provided and click "Continue."
  3. Create or sign in to your user account.
  4. Select your preferred delivery method and click "Continue."
  5. Enter your credit card information and click "Buy."

You will receive a receipt along with your order number by email. If you don’t receive the emails within 24 hours of placing your order, contact the Box Office at 603-225-1111 during our regular business hours.

Ticket Delivery Methods

"Print at Home" is $1.00. You will receive an email with your tickets as a pdf attachment. Open the email, open the attachment, and print your tickets. If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours of placing your order, contact the Box Office during our regular business hours at 603-225-1111.

"Mail Tickets" is $2.00 per order. You should receive your tickets within two weeks after placing your order. The Box Office mails tickets to upcoming shows to ensure they arrive before the performance date.

"Will Call" is free of charge. You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office anytime during our regular business hours or on your way into the show. Please bring photo identification, such as a driver’s license, with you to present upon picking up your tickets. The Box Office automatically holds tickets at "will call" that are purchased within a week of the performance.

Capitol Center members only: You must log in to your personal user account to gain access to Premier Member Seating when available. If you have not received a user name and password from us, please contact the development office at 603.225.1111, ext. 105 or the box office at 603.225.1111. You can log in to your personal account by clicking on the "Members Buy Tickets" button on each show page and then following the instructions for logging in. Or you can go directly to the registered user logon page, and click login in the upper right corner. Visit the Membership Page to become a member today.

If you are signing up for membership online, please allow one business day for your account to be activated. (You will receive a confirmation e-mail.)

Remember: in order to gain access to Premier Member Seating you must be logged in to your personal user account before attempting to find seats.

Please note: If you have any problems with our online ticketing, please call the box office at 603.225.1111 during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Visit the box office during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and pay no extra fees.

Order by telephone during regular business hours by calling (603) 225-1111. (A $4-per-ticket convenience fee will be added to your order, and you will be given various options for delivery.)

Purchase tickets at our convenient kiosk, located just outside the box office in the vestibule. No fees will be applied to your order. The kiosk is accessible any time the vestibule is open, including on the nights of shows and events. Regular vestibule hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
