Ovation Society
In 2004, the Capitol Center for the Arts inaugurated the Ovation
Society: a leadership group of individual donors who contribute
$5,000 or more to support the ongoing work of the Center.
Members share an important vision - to sustain the Capitol
Center over time. Understanding the critical importance of a
predictable base of support, members of the Ovation Society make a
multi-year commitment to provide consistent, significant funding
for operating the Center. Minimum entry is $1,000 per year for five
years.
The generosity of this select group makes possible adult and
student education programs, allows a diversity of programming at
affordable prices including genre not otherwise available, provides
opportunities for community outreach and outstanding patron
experiences. Ovation Society support helps to foster a greater
understanding and enjoyment of the presenting arts and elevates the
Capitol Center to world-class status.
Ovation Society members enjoy exclusive privileges and receive
special recognition. Some of the outstanding benefits

- Membership at the Producer or Executive
Producer level
- Personalized ticket ordering
- Pre or post show special receptions
- Meet the artists events
- Complimentary intermission refreshments for selected
shows
- Special recognition in Capitol Center publications
including the Playbill and Annual Report
