Accessibility
The Capitol Center for the Arts provides access to its programs to everyone regardless of economic standing, physical limitations, age, gender, sexual preference and other barriers as they are identified by community standards.
The Capitol Center is in compliance with all accessibility requirements, but continues to make improvements in signage, public areas and backstage.
The Center is a multi-level historic facility. The Governor's Hall is located on the lobby level. An elevator provides direct access from the lobby level to the Chubb Theatre's orchestra level and the Kimball House Dining Room. Accessible seating is available to patrons with disabilities, family and friends. Our staff makes every effort to assist and accommodate all patrons. The Chubb Theatre is equipped with an infra-red assisted listening device system.
Wheelchair Accessibility: The theater and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. The lobby and main orchestra floor are accessible by elevator. For your comfort, please arrive one-half hour before the performance begins.
For specific access information, please contact the boxoffice@ccanh.com or call 603-225-1111 ext. 111. One-month advance notice for sign language interpretation, braile or large print programs is requested.
